OK, fuckers ... the time has come to tell you the news. The Suffering has parted ways with original drummer Joe, due to personal and musical issues. Those that saw us at the Sick as Sin Festival got to experience a show with our new drummer, Dan "The Man" Komis. He won over the crowd with no problems. Dan has been gracious to fill in for the time being while we record our EP. With us in preproduction and looking for a full-time drummer, that means no shows for a while. We fucking can't wait to get these songs recorded and out to you, so we can hit the road and kick some fucking ass again. We hope you all enjoy the pictures from the Jester's operation show at New York's only rock club, RITUAL, where you can see her work on weekends. These pictures are from a fun night; thanks to all that came out to hang out, chill, and drink with us. Good fucking times as always!
Any of you that would like to spread the word for us in our search for a new drummer, have them contact us through the site.
Thanks again guys you are what makes life fucking worth living.
Later you sick fucks,
Michael

This month's Future Impact Magazine did a review and Q&A with The Suffering. Check it out (futureimpactmag.com) and say a little hello on their guestbook.
We would also like to thank all of you for voting for us, to help get us on the Apple Core radio show (theapplecore.net / cyberstationusa.com). We won the voting ... thanks again, guys, you fucking rule as always!
Later this month, we are playing the Lost Carnival show @ Club Ritual (clubritual.com); hope to see all you fuckers there. After this show, we are hitting the studio and
won't be on the road again for a while, probably until mid-summer. This will be one sick show ... with the Ritual girls dancing and showering for all you perves to see (also, suspension, and maybe a crucifixion ... if you’re lucky). That, and much much more for you all to enjoy.
Well, fuckers, I'll say it again ... thanks! And see you all in the pit!

I want to thank everybody that made it out to the Sick as Sin Metal Fest. What a fucking awesome response we got ... you guys made the fucking trip worth it. To all the bands we partied with the night before at the motel ... fucking cheers, brothers! \m/
We have some pics of us from the fest, and also a review of the fest for you guys to check out. Everybody has been asking me when we are playing next. This I don't know, because we are on a break for a few weeks. But we'll soon be getting together to discuss our future recording and shows. We will be using some pit shots for a video, to be done by next year (hopefully).
Well, my metal-starved friends ... see you in the pit!

Well, well, everybody ... I'm all ready for Sick as Sin Metalfest. I'm going to Dying Fetus on Friday to hang with Vin and the rest of the band, then I'll be heading to MA for the fest. The bands will be hanging at the pre-parties both Friday and Saturday night, at the same bars the festival bands are playing in. So if you can make it a 3-day weekend, fucking do it! There will be good times. We are going on at 4:30 PM sharp, doors open at 2:00 PM. Get there early ... free swagbags for the first 250 peoples. I will be there Saturday parting all day and all night. See all you fuckers there!

Message from Michael
Well, well, everybody ... what's going on. It's another crazy day in the neighborhood. I would like to thank everybody that came out to support Lucifer Lethal Leap Year on February 29th, even though we didn't play. I had a great time hanging out with all the bands and fans. Fucking good times. Jerry, we'll fucking miss ya but see ya soon in Florida for some fucking madness. \m/
Next for us is the Sick as Sin Metal Fest. Any of you fuckers interested in coming to Massachusetts for some sick shit, contact us. A tickets and travel package will be available through us soon. After the festival, we will be back in New York for two shows: March 27th and 28th; the first at the Funky Monkey and the second at my favorite Sunday watering hole, the Kozy Kabin. Check out the links page and see what some of our friends and freaks are up too. Laceration: Good Trip to Florida's Sun and Steel Festival ... fuck shit up!

Wrong website, buddy
Ok guys ... check out this stupid ass, and see what he wrote to us about Midway's new Video Game:
"First off i'll let u know i am 34,6'2 and i drve an 18 wheeler,on the street you would probally look at me and walk the other way, with that being said i want you ppl to know how uttrly disgusted i was to open my new ps magazine to find a decapitated head in a urine filled toilet, who the hell are you ppl marketing to?serial killers?i will not buy your murder for the masses crapola game,if i see midway on the box i may not buy it at all,i truly hope whoever made this foul advertisment,in a magazine viewed by children,is fired blackballed and spends the rest of his miserable existence in the same toilet i was forced to view..dont write back i dont want to hear it."
I guess some stupid assholes don't read before they write. Fuck off, truck driver, and fuck you Midway, for making a game with our name.

L'Amour Closes?!
We have just found out in the last few days that our favorite stomping ground, L'amour, has closed its doors. It seems they lost their lease of 25 long and awesome years. Since we formed, we played L'amour numerous times, and each show got better and better. I'm seriously fucking bummed out right now 'cause we loved to play that place. It was an awesome feeling to play on the stage that hosted so many kick ass bands ... Slayer, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse and so on. It just sucks to see such a legendary place go down like this.
But on a lighter note, we hope to see all you sick fucks at the Kozy Kabin show this coming Sunday, 2/29/04, for Lucifer's Lethal Leap Year. It's gonna be one hell of a good time. Check the dates section for more info on the show. See you all there, and stay sick.

Happy Holidays
Well fellow maniacs, it's been another crazy year! I hope yours has been as disturbing and chaotic as ours. We enjoyed meeting all of you, and hanging out with all our new and long time fans. Next year we'll be kicking off our shows @ The Fat Cats Club in Massachusetts. We have cancelled our January 10th show; sorry to those who were planning to go.
For all of you that have been asking us for merchandise and CDs ... we finally have some stuff for you. Our shirts are finally here and soon we'll be selling them on our web site. Also, we have a version of one of our songs for all of you to hear. It's a rerecorded version of "Human Tool." We will be giving away singles of the song with the purchase of any shirt from the website. This is a limited offer to the first hundred shirts sold, so get a CD while they last!
Cheers to you our Fans & Friends for all your support!
Merry Fucking Christmas and Happy New Year!
See you all next year.

We also have another show booked for this Sunday in Queens. [details]
We are getting closer and closer to releasing our EP, which should
contain "Synthesis," "Human Tool," "Paid to Jerk Off," and a demo version of "Synthesis" from our first shitty recording we did when us 5 clusterfucks first got together. Very soon we'll have a new sample of one of our songs here on the website for you impatient fuckers. One of the EP titles we were throwing
around was Banging Your Mom, but we thought, "Whose mom are we going to get to fuck to put on the cover?" So we abandoned that. I'll be visiting your mom soon.

Michael
